Whenever possible, adjustments will be made with the same service provider to maintain consistency. Retail Returns +

We are proud to offer professional products designed to enhance and maintain the health and beauty of your hair. However, if a product isn’t the perfect fit for you, we’re happy to help. Retail products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Whether it’s a product exchange or a refund, we want to ensure that you have the tools you need to achieve your best look at home. Appointments +

Your time is valuable to us, and we strive to ensure every appointment is a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

  • Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. This ensures you can fully enjoy your service without feeling rushed.
  • Running Late? We understand that life happens! If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may impact the time allotted for your service. To respect the time of all our guests, we must complete services as scheduled.
  • Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of spa services. This allows us to offer the time to another guest and ensures our specialists can manage their schedules effectively.
  • Gratuities: While not included in the cost of your service, gratuities are always appreciated as a way to thank your stylist or technician for their hard work. We’re here to make your time with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, our team is just a call away.

Deposits +

To secure your spot for new chemical or lash services, we require a $25 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to the cost of your service on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure your deposit can be refunded or applied to a future visit. This policy helps us maintain an organized schedule and allows us to provide the highest level of service to all guests.

Looking for the perfect gift? 202 Beauty Lounge offers gift cards that are ideal for any occasion—whether it’s a holiday, birthday, anniversary, or simply a way to say “thank you.” Gift cards can be purchased directly in the salon, where you can take them home the same day. Prefer digital options? You can print a gift certificate at your convenience or email it directly to the recipient for a quick and thoughtful surprise. Please note that all gift cards and certificates are non-refundable.
