Service Adjustment +

If you're not completely loving your hair after your service please call within 48hrs of the service and we will redo/make any adjustments with the same service provider if possible.

Retail Refunds +

We hope that you love the professional products you purchase however if you don't all retail Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If they are unused and in the correct packaging. A receipt is required for a return.

Appointments +

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

Deposits +

We require a $25 deposit for any new chemical or lash guest. If you are unable to make your appointment you must cancel 48 hours prior to the appointment to receive a refund.

Gift Cards +

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. We have cards in salon you can take home today or you can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to the recipient. All Gift Cards and Certificates are non-refundable.
